Mailchain Community Update, October 2022

October 13, 2022

A warm welcome to all our new users!

We had a successful launch, and we loved hearing feedback from everyone who shared their excitement with us. If you’d like to send any other feedback our way, Mailchain us at hi@mailchain.

You now have a Web3 inbox to call your own!

Development

As we onboard users, we also continue to develop Mailchain. In this day to day, we’re reminded of the huge opportunity we have to evolve Internet communication and make it work for everyone.

Every user and developer we onboard will have a lasting, compounding effect on the collective Web3 experience.

For interested builders, please see the following links to find out more about integrating with Mailchain:

Team

Mailchain is hiring! Currently we’re on the lookout for a Senior Backend Engineer.

Events

Our team also attended Nearcon 2022 in Lisbon, Portugal last month. It was inspiring to see so many builders there thinking outside the box.

This event showed us the enthusiasm for Mailchain with already works with Aurora (an EVM- compatible protocol on NEAR). As developers bring their decentralised applications to market, they need a robust Web3 communication layer that integrates easily. That’s Mailchain.

In the news

Taking Mailchain to market was exciting, as we got to see how much the world took to our idea. Press highlights include:

Joseph Raczynski wrote, “Think about all of Web3 in one inbox. You can now send email directly between wallets. A fascinating business looking to leverage decentralized ownership and use of email via a blockchain in a secure and protected fashion. Learn more about how this works, why you would want to use it, and how the Mailchain focuses on great people to build its company.”

Onwards,

Tim
